Who is eligible to enroll for coverage?

All active and retired federal employees

The SAMBA Dental and Vision Plan is available to permanent full-time and part-time federal employees and retirees.  Coverage may be extended to eligible family members when the employee/retiree has coverage including unmarried children up to age 26.

Employees/retirees may enroll at any time!*

*Applications for enrollment received during the months of October through December will not become effective, at the earliest, until January 1 of the next calendar year.
