SAMBA is proud to offer an enhanced benefit opportunity through the UnitedHealthcare® Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO) for the SAMBA Health Benefit Plan. This opportunity is available to SAMBA annuitants (and/or their eligible dependents) who have both Medicare Parts A and B primary coverage.

This plan delivers all the benefits of Original Medicare (Parts A and B) and includes prescription drug coverage (Part D). The plan also offers added benefits and features, such as $0 copays on covered medical services, along with enhanced benefits including:

      • Dental and vision coverage
      • An allowance for over-the-counter items and emergency response devices
      • Free gym membership though the Renew Active® program, plus much more
